Northwestern 33 Gum Yellow

Northwestern Corp. 1933

I believe the Northwestern 33 gum is the most attractive of all Northwesterns. It is a small machine whose lines really flow well. They were available with a small or large globe of which I think the small is much more pleasing to the eye. They came in several different colors of porcelain, of which Tan is one of the hardest if not the hardest to find. The base color and lid color could be mixed and matched to suit and are often found with different color combinations.

This one is in hard to find yellow and is all original with an original decal. It does have two holes that were drilled in the back of the base but they are old holes and were probably put there by a route man or store owner who wanted to mount it on the wall but didn't want to fool with getting the proper bracket.
